Making a Reservation

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or through authorized third-party booking platforms. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation number from The Fairmount Hotel or our booking system.

Rate Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure rates displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and offer you the correct rate or a full refund.

Room Assignments

Room type requests are honored whenever possible but are not guaranteed unless specifically noted at booking. The Fairmount Hotel reserves the right to assign comparable accommodations if the reserved room type is unavailable.

Standard Reservations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival: First night's room and tax charged
• No-shows: Full reservation amount charged

Non-Refundable Rates

Reservations booked at non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refund or modification.

Group & Special Event Reservations

Group bookings and reservations made during special events or holidays are subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Pets

Please contact the hotel directly regarding our current pet policy prior to booking.

Smoking

The Fairmount Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, suites, and interior common areas. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged for violations.

Noise & Conduct

We ask all guests to be respectful of fellow guests and staff. The Fairmount Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest from the property for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The Fairmount Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for repair or replacement costs.

Maximum Occupancy

Each room and suite has a maximum occupancy limit as defined at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Fairmount Hotel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Accuracy of Information
